Our policy applies only to physical products sold through our store and does not apply to digital products, bookings and services.
Our handcrafted products are artisan and created in nano batches. We are a small business raising funds for our Forest Sanctuary. We do not accept returns and it is not financially viable. You can always contact us for any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact through email@example.com immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the products arrived damaged during transit, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of the package and products for further evaluation. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request to let you know if the refund is possible or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
